• Being connected directly to the carrier’s payment phone system

• Getting routed to the appropriate payment resource more quickly

The goal is to help you reach the right place and complete your payment in as few steps as possible.

You Can Still Speak With Our Team

Our agents remain available to help with coverage questions, policy changes, claims, quotes, and other insurance needs. Simply select 2 when calling to speak with an agent.

The new payment assistant is intended to give customers a faster option when the primary reason for calling is to make a payment or access billing information.

You Can Still Make Payments Online

You can also make a payment online anytime through the All About Insurance website. Visit our Pay Your Bill page , find your insurance provider, and follow the available billing link to complete your payment directly through the carrier’s secure system. This convenient option lets you access payment resources without calling our office.
